As artists, we experience a state of ebb and flow in all our creative pursuits. When in the flow, we are carried along by our creative energies; time ceases to exist and our creativity flourishes. But when experiencing the ebb of this cycle, we have come to understand that this too can be a positive place of quiet contemplation, giving us the time to review, rethink and redirect our vision.
