Paper on Skin™ Pre-show Soirée + Gala Package

The 2024 Paper on Skin™ night of nights comprises two parts:

Pre-show Soirée + launch of ‘Universe of Paper,’ followed by the Gala and Award Presentation.

This is a one-off opportunity to experience an international cultural event right here in Devonport.

Begin the Paper on Skin™ night of nights with a magical pre-show soirée.

The Market Square Pavilion will be transformed into a paper wonderland.

As you wander among this grand and unique paper installation you will be served a rolling selection of delicious canapés.

Cash bar available.

The gala will commence at 7.30pm in the Town Hall Theatre.

As the lights go down, 35 artworks of exquisite beauty and craftmanship will be showcased.

They have been created by artists from around the world with exceptional mastery of the medium of paper.

The works will be presented in an immersive theatrical experience – brought to life by local models and performers.

Original score by award-winning Tasmanian band Alluvium.

Nine awards to be presented on the night.
