Self Assembly Exhibition

The Self Assembly Exhibition will showcase the works from the Self Assembly Workshop with Simon Spain held on the 18th January.

Self Assembly is a participatory creative encounter. Individuals represent themselves with a stick figure they craft using fallen branches, assembling limbs, torso, and head, binding the parts together with plaster bandages. To stand, the figures must be connected to one another, which encourages connection and collaboration, while also symbolising balance through community. The public art project has taken place around the world since 2017.
