From a field of 162 entries the judging panel selected 40 works for the finalists’ exhibition. If you are interested in the process and selection behind the winning work of tidal.20 you might like to attend this event.

– Patrick Sutczak, Associate Lecturer in Art, School of Creative Arts UTAS
– Deborah Malor, Honorary Associate, Visual Arts and Design, Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery
The $15,000 acquisitive Award is generously co-sponsored by the Devonport City Council and the Friends of the Devonport Regional Gallery. The winner will be announced at the by-invitation-only Opening Event on Friday 4 December.
The $1,000 non-acquisitive People’s Choice Award is generously sponsored by Collins Real Estate. The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the exhibition.
