Terms & Conditions

Please advise the Box Office if you are claiming a concession price on your ticket. If you do not advise, the Box Office will assume a full price applies to adults. Concession prices apply on proof of entitlement to full time students, pensioners and Health Care Card holders unless otherwise stated. We do not normally offer concession prices on presentation of Australian Seniors Card. For phone bookings, proof of concession eligibility will be required to be presented when collecting tickets.

Children under the age of 18 months will be permitted to share the adult patron’s seat (to sit on the patron’s knee during a performance.) For the comfort of all patrons, children over the age of 18 months should have their own seat. Please also note that in consideration for other patrons, it is expected that a crying child will be taken out of the theatre until settled.  Prams and pushers are not permitted in the Town Hall Theatre.  However, we will happily store them while you attend one of our performances. Please ask staff for assistance.

Please check your tickets carefully. The Box Office does not offer refunds, exchanges or transfer of tickets. There is a “No Exchange, No Refund” policy on all tickets once they are taken from the building. Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event and are subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.

Every effort will be made by Management to ensure performances begin at the advertised time.  Please be aware that you may not be able to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.  To avoid being late, plan to arrive at the theatre 20 minutes prior to the performance.

All mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off before entering the auditorium.  The use of cameras, video cameras and other recording devices is strictly forbidden during performances.

Hot food and hot beverages are not permitted in the Town Hall Theatre.

As the paranaple arts centre is a licensed premises only alcohol purchased on site is permitted to be consumed within the venue.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or evict a patron and in such event, the patron will abide by all and any refund or cancellation policy as applicable.
