The children and young people in Create & Make brought to life the floats of their imaginations for a miniature float parade.
They were inspired by the Devonport Dahlia Festival Mardi Gras with its bright and bold, trade sponsored, flower and humorous floats, featured in the Dear Dahlia exhibition.
The group discovered new techniques and styles as they worked on their unique visions. With floats dedicated to favourite toys and animals, nature, people and more, the young artists evoke the joy and wonder of a parade.
