This survey exhibition of photography by Australian artist Anne Zahalka represented an extensive output of portraiture spanning a 20 year period. Featuring many iconic images, this major survey exhibition from the Centre for Contemporary Photography also included previously unseen portraits and newly commissioned works by the artist.
The Devonport Regional Gallery was privileged to host a floor-talk with the artist on Wednesday 25th November at 10:30am. The talk was open to school groups and the general public. Anne Zahalka is one of Australia’s most prolific and recognised artists working in photomedia.
